Initiation with conditioning eqipment in a pressure chamber with vacuum technology and thus lower saturated steam temperatures according to the steam pressure chart. First contacts with our partner Zirbus technology GmbH \u2013 making it possible to perform tests in large chambers with very precise temperature settings.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-192\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ima-buscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2003.jpg\" alt=\"2003\" width=\"113\" height=\"186\" \/>2003<\/strong><br \/>\nThe first conditioning units with pressure chambers are available on the market. Conditioning machine JK 6\/14 is built as a tandem system for the first time, thus preempting a mixing of right and left PA parts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2004<\/strong><br \/>\nThe first conditioning units with pressure chambers are successfully placed with plastic processing companies. The success of JK 6\/14 endures; the machine may not only be installed right at the injection moulding machines, but also centrally, and is loaded via bunker conveyors. That way, many various items can be conditioned with one piece of equipment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2006<\/strong><br \/>\nThe company IMA GmbH Buscher takes over the products and licenses. A further JK 6\/14 tandem is built and implemented.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2007<\/strong><br \/>\nBulk material put into closed KLT containers (small load carriers) is conditioned at a record time in an adapted pressure chamber with vacuum technology; this marks the kick-off for unit JK 1\/240 which then is added to the product range. In order to largely avoid washouts from the PA part (visible as a white edge or spot), the process flow is expanded by one step.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2010<\/strong><br \/>\nTo cover larger capacities the conditioning unit JK 8\/19 is developed.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ima-buscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2011.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[163]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-201\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ima-buscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2011-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"2011\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ima-buscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2011-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.ima-buscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2011-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ima-buscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2011-37x37.jpg 37w, https:\/\/www.ima-buscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2011-128x128.jpg 128w, https:\/\/www.ima-buscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2011-184x184.jpg 184w, https:\/\/www.ima-buscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2011.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n2011<\/strong><br \/>\nTwo units JK 8\/19 are built and implemented and a new conditioning process is developed. The process shall preferably cope without energy consumption. Specially designed humidifiers are patent pending. In the course of the new conditioning process, commissional conditioning is offered and practiced as a new service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2013<\/strong><br \/>\nNew development of the conditioning unit JK 1\/23 automatic machine.
